By downloading, installing, or using Duna's Wood Fill ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Duna's Wood Fill is a free-to-play wood block puzzle game. The App is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. The App contains advertisements served by Google AdMob.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. These ads help support the continued development and maintenance of the App at no cost to you.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the display of advertisements.
The App features a star collection system and optional rewarded video ads. Stars are earned through gameplay and can be used to unlock cosmetic wood types. These are virtual items with no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
All content in the App, including but not limited to code, graphics, textures, sounds, and game design, is the intellectual property of Duna's Studio and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duna's Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
