Duna Game Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application Duna's Screw Puzzle (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

The App does not require account creation or login. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information directly.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, screen size, and language settings — used to optimize gameplay experience.
• Game Progress: Level completion, scores, and stars — stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud/Game Center.

1.3 Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. If you consent to tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA)
• IP address (for approximate location)
• Interaction data with ads (impressions, clicks)

If you decline tracking, only contextual (non-personalized) ads will be shown.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App functionality

We do not operate our own servers to store your personal data. Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob on their servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). The App does not contain age-gated content.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Ad Tracking: You can opt out of personalized ads by declining the ATT prompt or by going to Settings > Privacy > Tracking on your iOS device.
• Ad-Free Experience: You can purchase "Remove Ads" via in-app purchase to eliminate banner and interstitial ads.
• Data Deletion: You can delete all game data by uninstalling the App. iCloud data can be managed through Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
• GDPR/CCPA Rights: If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below.

7. Data Retention

Local game progress is retained until you uninstall the App. Advertising data collected by third parties is subject to their respective retention policies.

8. International Data Transfers

Advertising data processed by Google may be transferred to servers outside your country of residence. Google complies with applicable data transfer frameworks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
