Duna ("we", "our", or "us") operates Duna's Mystic Mahjong (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Photos, contacts, or messages
• Location data (GPS)
• Payment or financial information
• Health or biometric data

The App does not require account creation or login.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

To improve the App experience and display relevant advertisements, certain information may be collected automatically by our third-party partners:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (IDFA — with your consent), screen size, and language settings.
• Usage Data: App interactions such as levels completed, session duration, and feature usage — collected in aggregate, anonymized form.
• Advertising Data: Ad impressions, clicks, and interaction data used to serve and measure advertisements.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

2.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to show personalized ads, subject to your consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device's privacy settings.

2.2 Firebase Analytics (Google)

We may use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This service collects anonymized usage statistics (e.g., number of sessions, retention rates, level completion rates). No personally identifiable information is collected.

2.3 SKAdNetwork

The App uses Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. This framework does not collect personally identifiable information.

3. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request your permission before accessing your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You may choose to:

• Allow Tracking: Enables personalized advertisements, potentially improving ad relevance.
• Deny Tracking: You will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your activity across other apps and websites.

You can change your preference at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Game progress (level, score, settings) is stored locally on your device only using standard iOS storage mechanisms. This data is not transmitted to any server.

Data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) is retained according to their respective retention policies. We do not have direct access to this data at an individual user level.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App's age rating on the App Store reflects this. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request information about data collected about you.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data. (Since we don't collect personal data, you can simply delete the App to remove all local data.)
• Opt-out: Disable personalized ads via your device's privacy settings or the ATT prompt.

8. International Users

The App is available worldwide. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of automatically collected information to the United States and other countries where Google and its partners operate, in accordance with their privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
