1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using Gravity Path, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. License
DUNA Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gravity Path on your iOS device in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
- Remove any copyright or trademark notices within the app;
- Use the app for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. Game Content
All content in Gravity Path — including graphics, audio, level designs, and source code — is the intellectual property of DUNA Studio, protected by applicable copyright laws.
4. Advertising
The app displays banner advertisements via Google AdMob to remain free to play. By using the app, you agree that ads may be displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
5. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. DUNA Studio is not liable for:
- Loss of game progress due to device failure or iOS updates;
- Interruption of advertising services from Google AdMob;
- Any indirect damages arising from the use of the app.
6. Updates
DUNA Studio may release periodic updates to improve the experience, fix bugs, or add new features. Some updates may alter level design or game mechanics.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
